Here's a thank you card I made with Stampin' Up! Artistically Asian stamp set. Happy to say this set is continuing and I must do a bit more creating with it! I love the pop of colour with the black, real red. white and gold with just a bit of Wild Wasabi ink in the picture. For those who are unsure the translation of the chinese letters the ones near the Friendship english sentiment at the top of the catalogue image is "friendship" and the chinese letters near the Faith sentiment near the bottom of the illustration is "faith" so easy to remember!...........thanks for looking, Cheers Sue

Stampin' Up! Birthday Delivery - Sneak Peek - quick and easy cards!

I made a couple of quick and easy cards over the weekend with a new "Suite" from Stampin' Up! called Birthday Delivery. The stamps match images that also come printed on the matching designer series papers and best of all the framelits fit the stamped images and also the printed ones too! There's lots of variety with this Suite which will be available to everyone June 1...............cheers for now Sue

Stampin' Up! Sneak Peek - Ribbon of Courage (and Glossy Paper is back!)

Here's a "sneak peek" of a new Stampin' Up! stamp set coming soon in the new catty, it's called Ribbon of Courage which is to me both good and bad....being that there is a need to support friends and loved ones dealing with cancer but to me quite sad that we have a need for a stamp set for this reason.....on a brighter note it is a lovely set with appropriate sentiments. I'm really happy to also share that our "glossy cardstock" has made a return to the new catty "Yay" it's perfect for lots of fun background techniques !!!!........thanks for looking!.......Sue

Stampin' Up! Early release - Eastern Palace Suite is fun!

I haven't had sooo much fun with a new product in ages. This is an early release special bundle available to customers now before the new catty goes live on June 1. I admit I sat on the fence with this one for a little but decided to give it try and it's great. Very quick and easy to make cards but also has a lot of potential for plenty of creative variety. It comes with lots of goodies too like tassels, gold vinyl stickers, cardstock, dsp and more! If you would like to know more just contact me! This is a special bundle only available for the month of May......after that it is available to purchase separately from the catty....oh the stamp set and thinlits come in a bundle but not this "special bundle" with lots of extras!.............cheers Sue

Stampin' Up! One Wild Ride!

Happy to say this stamp set is staying with us for another year at least! Bit sad to say goodbye to the Serene Scenery DSP pack it's been loads of fun to create with! But there is plenty of great new products coming soon...........thanks for looking! .....Sue

Stampin' Up! Labeler Alphabet stamp set is staying! I love being able to add other sentiments!

Here's some cards I had fun with by being able to create my sentiments with the Labeler Alphabet, it's great to have the option to express something different! The Serene Scenery papers will be leaving as well as the Wetlands stamp set but we have lots of exciting, beautiful new things coming! Please email me if you would like a free 2017-2018 catty when they become available...........thanks for looking, Sue :)

Stampin' Up! Shaker Card with Pebbles...instead of bling!

Here's a card with a difference! A "shaker card" with pebbles instead of blings. Whilst we will be saying goodbye to the "Gift from the Garden" stamp set as it is retiring from the catty there are other stamp sets staying and coming that can be used instead of this one for "pebbly shakers". Will post 'em when I create 'em!........cheers Sue

Stampin' Up! Beautiful You - a few more ideas!

Here's a few more ideas for this set you can not only color and stamp the images "paper piecing" is really effective for this set too. Just stamp the image on some patterned paper, cut out the clothes and just pop them on your image stamped on cardstock! The bottom card i actually made quite a few copies of and sent them out to my customer and downline friends for a "Happy New Year" card! I don't think I will tire of this set soon but I'm not going to swamp my blog with it so the next post will be something different.....lol.....cheers Sue

Stampin' Up! Beautiful You with bleach and the new watercolour pencils!

I'm totally on the "Beautiful You" stamp set band wagon! This is a great set for beginners to advanced crafters, is very on trend and extremely versatile. I stamped this image on Sahara Sand cardstock and then bleached the inside of the dancing lady image with an aqua-painter and some general household bleach. Once it dried I coloured it with the new watercolor pencils and an aqua painter, let it dry again and bingo! One tip is I tried it with Crumb Cake cardstock but the bleaching was a little tooo yellow to colour over but the Sahara Sand works fine. Then just mounted on some Peek a Boo Peach and Black to give it some pop! Thanks for looking!.......cheers Sue

Stampin' Up! New Custom Tee bundle - Male Birthday Card Idea!

Hi all, been awhile since my last post (not going into it) but I haven't stopped crafting just haven't blogged for a bit....This is a card I made from the new Custom Tee bundle in our new occasions catty. It's a really fun bundle to play with and I am really loving the new dynamic Hexagon embossing folder it just pops like crazy when you use it with foil. Definitely a "must have" in my books especially useful for those hard to come up with male cards. Thanks for looking, I'll try my best to be more consistent with posting this year! cheers for now....Sue
